AI native operating models are built around feedback loops, not feature adoption. Competitive strength now depends on how quickly the organization can observe, decide, adjust, and standardize. Look at the end to end customer journey and focus on continuous improvement at customer moments of truth. If those moments are inconsistent, no model can compensate for structural incoherence.
The Move
Reallocate executive attention from model deployment to enterprise process design. Mandate end to end process mapping across core journeys and link automation funding to the removal of customer pain points and organizational friction. Align incentives to enterprise outcomes rather than functional performance. On the next earnings call, leadership should be able to state that performance gains are driven by faster learning cycles and improved customer moments of truth execution, not by access to superior infrastructure alone.
